Sofiero

Recently I went to Sofiero, it's a beautiful garden and castle (Though there was construction happening in the castle this time so I didn't go in, but I intend to visit again later in the Summer.) There were a few restaurants I believe, but the one I visited was called the Orangery and they served apple juice they make themselves, it was significantly more apple-y than normal apple juice, and they had tiramisu (My favorite food!)

I was eager to see the Rhododendrons, which I became interested in because of this song:

And they were gorgeous.

The gardens are quite large and I'm very eager to return and continue exploring.

A magpie I saw as I was leaving. I've become very fond of them and they are now my favorite birds.

I might make lists for myself of things I need to do every season, and I think visiting a garden as beautiful as Sofiero is one of the most important Springtime activities.
