Hello again. As I've recently started teaching people about Faeries in person at the shop where I now read tarot, I thought it was appropriate to write about my favorite Faerie artists and perhaps who got me interested in Faeries in the first place.
Brian and Wendy Froud have countless books/tarot/oracle decks on the subject, it is nearly impossible to narrow down which of their art is my favorite. They designed the puppets in the Labyrinth and the dark crystal, to give you an idea of their work.
The above is one of the first books of theirs I owned, though I lent it to a cousin many years ago and have not seen it since. I believe it was my initial introduction to their work.
At some other point during my teenage years I acquired this oracle deck from a witch shop while visiting Canada:
I've sold/traded/lost so many decks over the years, but I would truly love to own it again one day. Remarkable how expensive it is now, when I think I paid maybe $20 for it back in the day.
I currently own this book which was a gift from a darling friend:
As well as this one which I found at a secondhand bookstore:
One day perhaps I'd like to have a large collection of their books, but these will do for now.
Here are some of my favorite illustrations:
Here are places to view more of his art, but he's also written many articles in both Fae and Enchanted living magazine. I'm very excited about my upcoming classes/rituals, it feels really good to take the information I've absorbed over many years of obsessive hyperfixation and turn it into lectures other people are interested in hearing.

These are so cool, I love this art!
