Pålsjö skog, my first forest.

I wanted to make a post just to express my love for Pålsjö skog. This was the first forest I ever visited when I first came to Sweden, and when I first came to this tunnel I ran all the way through it, I was far too excited to contain myself.

This forest is small in comparison to some of the forests I spend time in now, but it will always be my favorite and dearest to my heart.

On my recent trip here I found some slugs and found a tree that I think was struck by lightning.

This forest has a castle as well. but I have never been inside. Anytime I'm here I'm distracted traipsing through the forest and do not want to go back indoors, but eventually I will!

This forest is and will always be one of my favorite places in Helsingborg and I usually come here to bury offerings. There are many coins and other things hidden here and it makes me feel like even when I'm gone, parts of me will linger in this forest (and in many forests across Sweden for that matter) Forever.
